Western Forest Products (WFP) is recruiting candidates to fill planning positions
(summer and term positions) for the summer/fall of 2014. Under the supervision of
forest professionals the selected candidates will assist in the administration and
implementation of forest management activities.
We are currently looking to grow our future team of forest professionals by seeking
highly motivated individuals wanting to build their careers with us.
Successful candidates will receive competitive salaries with optional medical and dental
benefits. Candidates must be in good physical condition and have a valid class 5 driver’s
license. Preference will be given to candidates continuing with post-secondary education
following summer employment.
Summer positions are based at various coastal BC locations, primarily on Vancouver
Island. Some of the positions require shift work and travel to more remote locations.
